If you're a fan of the UFC and want to see some of the top English fighters in action, this weekend's London show is a must-see. While England has seen many popular UFC stars, only one English champion has ever been crowned, that was Luke Rockhold last year. Despite this, there are a number of promising English UFC prospects in action this weekend.
Darren Till
Darren Till (a 24-year-old Liverpudlian fighter from the United Kingdom) is training in Phuket for his upcoming UFC 282 battle against Dricus des Plessis. The bout is set for December 10 in Las Vegas. Till is a 5-1 UFC fighter, but Till's path to the UFC was not conventional. His first promotion was in the United Kingdom. He then moved to Brazil with the help of his coach.
Darren Hardy
UFC boasts a number of British-based fighters. Darren Hardy is just one. He won the 2011 middleweight title and has won four straight bouts. The Englishman, who trained in the U.S. before joining UFC, is no stranger to MMA.

Count
Many great British fighters have been brought to the UFC's big stage by the UFC. Michael Bisping was born in Manchester and rose to prominence during the UFC's TUF 3 broadcast. He went on to win the title three more times and became a star in his native country. In his final fight for UFC, he won title at middleweight and was recognized as one of the greatest fighters in the country.
McCann
McCann, a friend and mentor to MMA fighters, has overcome poverty and drug addiction in the family to become an English woman who won a UFC bout. She trains at Next Generation MMA, Liverpool, England. Both fighters consider them ambassadors for the community. McCann, who won the Cage Warriors champion in her last fight, joined the UFC as an ambassador in 2018.
One-Punch
Brad Pickett is one the most well-known MMA fighters in England. The ex-Cage Rage British Featherweight Champion is well known for his quick strikes and unpredictable takedowns. Before he entered the UFC, he was a boxer. This gave him upper body strength and the ability to land quick strikes. He was a member of Wellingborough ABC, and won his UFC debut with a TKO in round one.
Leon Edwards
Leon Edwards, a UFC fighter ranked number one in the world, is an example of this. He was born and raised in Jamaica. When he was young, he immigrated to England with his family. His father was an organised criminal, a Gangster. He was only thirteen years old when his father was murdered. Leon was raised by his single mother mother. He was constantly in trouble and getting into violent fights.

Craig
Craig is an English mixed martial artist, who has achieved success in his homeland. He has won four fights and is currently undefeated. On six occasions, he has won the Performance of the Night award. He will fight Nikita Kraylov on Fight Night Saturday.
Tom Aspinall
UFC signed Tom Aspinall as an English MMA fighter. The 27-year-old is coming off of a perfect start to his career, winning his first four fights. He also won a hat-trick in performance bonuses and has risen up the heavyweight rankings. Alexander Volkov will face him in his next fight. This victory would make him the one-time winner of the title shot.
