Brooke Henderson leads LOTTE Championship
Brooke Henderson of LPGA is poised for her sixth career title. American has been seeking a win since January. But, Henderson is in fine form this week. She shot a six-under-par score of 69. In the first half, she averaged 25 pars per round. Through two rounds, she has not made a bogey and has a total of 68 putts in her five last rounds.
The second round of the LOTTE Championship was filled with some tough conditions for the field, but despite the challenging conditions, Brooke Henderson is leading the leaderboard after two rounds. She is two strokes ahead Mo Martin who shot seven-under 70 and Shanshan Feng who shot seven-under 73. Pernilla Lindberg is tied for 25th.

Annika Sorenstam trails Madelene Sagstrom
Annika Sorenstam, who shot a 5-under 65 on Thursday, is back at the top of LPGA Tour's leaderboard. Madelene Sagstrom was Madeika's captain's choice last year. Sorenstam teamed up with her fellow LPGA Tour star Madelene. They shot a 5-under 65 for a share of the lead after the first round. Sorenstam is playing her second LPGA Tour event of the year and third overall since 2008. Sorenstam & Sagstrom will continue to play alternate shots on Friday.
Sorenstam shot a 69 on Thursday. Sagstrom was two shots behind. Both players are still looking for wins, but are still within reach to a trophy. Sorenstam is yet to win on the LPGA Tour. However, she has played several events this year, including the U.S. Senior Women's Open and the Michelob Ultra Open at Kingsmill.
Brooke Henderson won the LPGA's second straight event
Brooke Henderson from Canada won her second consecutive LPGA Canada tournament. Last year was a great year for the 18-year old. She won the Women's PGA Championship in Toronto at the age of eighteen and went on to represent Canada in the 2016 Olympics. She was seventh in Rio's womens golf tournament. She holds the record for most LPGA Tour victories by a Canadian. She will win her 10th LPGA event in April 2021. Since 2015, Henderson has won an LPGA championship every year.
Brooke Henderson now holds three LPGA Tour title titles thanks to her win at Canada. After winning the LOTTE Championship last June, she won the McKayson New Zealand Open as well as the Meijer Classic. She set a Canadian record for most LPGA Tour victories. Lexi Thompson and Michelle Wie were two strokes behind her. She was also awarded the Bobbie Rosenfeld Trophy, the highest honor in the LPGA.

Brooke Henderson has won last two LPGA events
Brooke Henderson won the second LPGA event in her career in Los Angeles with a 64-hole bogey-free round. After two rounds, she had been four shots behind the leader, but by the final round, she had increased her score to 12 under, one stroke ahead of the leader. Lindsey Weaver-Wright, who was just beginning her career on the tour, was on her way to her first win of the year, but Henderson's victory ended in a playoff after Henderson birdied the final hole.
In addition to winning the LPGA event at Seaview, the Canadian had won the Women's PGA Championship in 2016. After starting the afternoon round four strokes behind Korda she roared back on the second two holes with birdies. Nos. 3 and 9 were bogeys. She made bogeys at Nos. 3 & 9, but then she had a huge round on the back 9. She hit putts of as high eight feet on the last three holes.
