The judge in Forsyth County sentenced Solo, aged 23, to suspended sentences, a 30 day active sentence, and a substance abuse assessment. Solo was awarded credit for her time spent in a rehabilitation facility by the judge. The sentence includes a $2,500 fine and the obligation to complete a substance abuse assessment.
