The United States women's national soccer team is one among the most successful in international womens soccer. They've won four Women's World Cup title titles, four Olympic golds medals and nine CONCACAF Gold Cups. The roster includes all of the top players, including Morgan, Lloyd, Alyssa Thompson, and Tobin Heath.
Morgan
Alex Morgan has been ruled out of two friendlies against England and Spain due to injury. VlatkoAndonovski, USWNT coach, has released the 24-player roster for two international games. The matches will take place in London on October 7, and Spain on October 14, in Pamplona. Both teams qualify for the 2023 World Cup, Australia.
Carli Lloyd
Carli is one of the best goal scorers in US women’s soccer's history. She is a USWNT veteran with three14 caps. If she plays in both South Korean friendlies, she could earn even more. Her career is not without controversy, having been marred by her split with longtime trainer James Galanis and a major injury. She is also the highest-paid player in the women's game.

Alyssa Thompson
Alyssa has the potential to be one of America's top young players. She has the technical control and speed to defeat defenders in one on one duels. Tracey Kines, the head coach of US women's under-20 national team, saw her potential. Kevins remembers the 13-year-old Thompson when she was scouting a club in Southern California. In that game, she came across a forward who was "brave" and "resilient" on the field. Thompson is currently a member on the US women’s national team.
Tobin Heatingh
Tobin Heath, a forward, was recently selected for the US women's soccer team roster. She is a star player who played for both the North Carolina Tar Heels team and the United States national team. United States Soccer Federation called Heath "perhaps America's most talented soccer player". US Soccer named her Athlete-of-the Year in 2016.
Hope Solo
Hope Solo has been a controversial figure in the women's soccer world, carving out a complicated legacy. She's one of the greatest goalkeepers and has made 202 appearances for USA team. Her record is 152 clean-sheets. However, Solo has also been known for her outspoken opinions, and her controversial character has been one of the biggest talking points in the sport.
Tobin Naeher
The final stages of the qualification campaign for the World Cup are now complete for the United States women's soccer squad. Tobin Nasser was a surprise choice, but she has proved to be a valuable part of the team. She was there every minute of the game and saved four points in the win over France. Naeher also saved Steph Houghton's attempt to score a penalty kick in the semifinals.

Tiffany McLeod
Recent controversy in the match between the US and Canada's women's soccer teams saw the Canadian players accuse Christiana Pedersen, the referee, of bias. The Canadians were upset after Pedersen awarded a penalty to the United States in the 80th minute for holding the ball in the penalty area. Pedersen, a former World Cup referee was not immediately available to comment.
Megan Rapinoe
Megan Rapinoe has been a consistent presence for the United States women's national team for over a decade. The forward is a force on and off-the field. She was raised in Redding (California) and played volleyball alongside her older brother. Rapinoe, who scored two goals for the United States at the 2012 World Cup, and another one in 2015, has been a huge success in recent times.
